Michael Grinich

Their customers include many of the fastest-growing startups including Webflow, Drata, Loom, and +200 others. Before WorkOS, Michael co-founded Nylas and studied CS at MIT.

Christina Cacioppo

Founder & CEO

Christina Cacioppo is the CEO and co-founder of Vanta, a leading security and compliance Trust Management platform backed by Sequoia Capital, Craft Ventures, Y Combinator and Crowdstrike Ventures. Over 8,000 companies, including Atlassian, Omni Hotels, Quora and ZoomInfo rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust—all in a way that's real-time and transparent. Prior to founding Vanta, Christina led product management for Dropbox Paper and was a member of the investment team for Union Square Ventures. Christina received her B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Javier Soltero

Former SVP & GM, Enterprise

Javier Soltero is a technology entrepreneur and business leader responsible for the creation and evolution of multiple successful enterprise and consumer products. Currently, Javier is an advisor and board member at several early and growth stage companies. Prior to that, Javier served as VP and GM of Google Workspace, overseeing Google’s communication and collaboration products and business supporting over 3 billion users around the world. Prior to Google, Javier has held a number of product executive roles at Microsoft, including for products such as Office, Outlook, and Microsoft’s AI assistant. He joined Microsoft in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Acompli, a mobile email startup he co-founded and led as CEO, which was then launched by Microsoft as Outlook Mobile and is now in use by hundreds of millions of users.

Amy is a software engineer building user management and enterprise features at WorkOS. Previously, Amy led the infrastructure team at Quip and helped scale Venmo from 1 million to 10 million monthly active users.

Britt Jamison

Britt Jamison works in product at OpenAI and previously led product teams at Webflow and Slack. He has led three product-led growth companies in scaling from early traction to hundreds of million in revenue.

Ilan Frank serves as the Chief Product Officer at Checkr. With over two decades of leadership in the software industry, Ilan brings a wealth of expertise to expand and lead Checkr’s multi-product vision and strategy, accelerate innovation in the enterprise sector, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Before joining Checkr, Ilan oversaw Product, Design, and Research at Airtable where he led a product-focused shift into the enterprise. Prior to Airtable, he was an early product leader at Slack, leading Enterprise, Infrastructure, and Slack Connect. Earlier in his career, Ilan played a key role in SAP's cloud transformation, launching both collaboration and cloud analytics solutions.

Aditya Kajla

Aditya is an Engineering Manager @ WorkOS, the all-in-one identity platform that helps companies build enterprise-ready products. He previously co-founded Warrant, a Y Combinator-backed startup building a centralized, fine grained authorization service. Warrant was recently acquired by WorkOS where the Warrant team continues to work on fine grained authorization.

Lawrence Han

Head of Enterprise, DASH

Lawrence Han is currently Head of Enterprise for Dropbox Dash. He has 15 years of experience building enterprise software at Accenture, Opower and Asana, and has built his career taking B2B products with delightful, customer-grade user experiences into the enterprise. He has a background in business and computer science, and lives in the Bay Area with his partner and two kids.

Ryan Cooke

Engineering Manager

Ryan is an avid technologist, with over 19 years of experience working at early-stage startups. Trained as a software engineer, he has been a co-founder of several companies, and still writes code whenever possible. As his dev skills matured and responsibilities expanded to leading engineering teams, prioritizing security as part of the engineering process became essential to creating innovative products. His career has spanned more than a half-dozen startups across industries including enterprise SaaS, banking and payments, taking a hands-on role in developing the security, trust and compliance programs at each. Prior to WorkOS, Ryan was the founder of JumpWire, a leader in practical data security tooling.
